Phone and internet charges are separate and additional to the rate above. Single and Double units are fully furnished, including communal kitchen, communal bathroom, crockery, cutlery and linen. Family units are fully furnished and self-contained, including crockery, cutlery and linen. Payment of a BOND ($100 single, $200 couples and $300 families) is required to secure your accommodation, details will be emailed to you. Payment for the first two weeks is required on receipt of an invoice from our Finance Department and must be paid no later than two weeks prior to check in. Further payments are required on receipt of invoices.
